My treatment of your data and your rights – Information under Articles 13, 14 and 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO) –

I protect and respect your personal information.
I respect and protect your privacy and comply with all data protection regulations.

1. Who is responsible for data processing and whom can I contact?

As the responsible body, I take all legally required measures to protect your personal data.
Any data subject can contact me directly at any time with any questions and suggestions on data protection. You can reach me at the aforementioned address or by e-mail at:

2. Which data and sources do I use?
Currently (05.2018) I do not use personal data of my users. The comment function is switched off. If the comment function is turned on, I will only use your input data to release the comment and to check if you are an authorized person to enter the comments.
Relevant personal data may be:
Name, professional address / other contact information (e-mail address, telephone).
Particular categories of personal data known as “sensitive data”, e.g. Religious affiliation, I do not raise.

3. For what do I process your data and on what legal basis?
No use for the fulfillment of contractual or contractual obligations (Article 6 (1b) DS-GVO)
On the basis of a consent (Article 6 (1a) DS-GVO) (not applicable)

4. Who gets your data?
Nobody except me as operator of the website.

5. What privacy rights do you have?
Each affected person has the right to: Information pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR,
Correction under Article 16 of the GDPR, Deletion under Article 17 of the GDPR,
Restriction of processing under Article 18 of the GDPR, Opposition under Article 21 of the DS-BER and Data portability according to Article 20 of the GDPR.

With the information right and with the cancellation right the restrictions after §§ 34 and 35 BDSG apply. In addition, you are entitled to file a complaint with the
Hamburg Data Protection Inspectorate (Article 77 DS-GVO i.V.m. § 19 BDSG).

6. Can this privacy policy be changed?
I reserve the right to change the privacy policy in order to adapt it to changed legal situations or to changes in the service or the data processing. Users are therefore asked to keep up to date with the content on my website.
