{"id":1184,"date":"2016-06-21T15:13:19","date_gmt":"2016-06-21T13:13:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.eusoco.eu\/?p=1184"},"modified":"2018-03-14T17:29:43","modified_gmt":"2018-03-14T15:29:43","slug":"life-time-contracts-rethinking-contract-law-call-for-papers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eusoco.eu\/?p=1184","title":{"rendered":"\u201cLIFE TIME CONTRACTS\u201d: RETHINKING CONTRACT LAW"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wwwfr.uni.lu\/recherche\/fdef\/life_time_contracts\">International Conference<\/a><br \/>\nThe <strong>University of Luxembourg<\/strong> together with the European Social Contracts Group (EuSoCo) are glad to announce the organization of a one-day <a href=\"http:\/\/wwwfr.uni.lu\/recherche\/fdef\/life_time_contracts\">international symposium <\/a>to be held in Luxembourg <strong>Friday, 30 September 2016<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The symposium will represent the kick-off of a new stage in the discussion about Life Time Contracts in Europe, whose original characters have been discussed in the book: Life Time Contracts: Social Long-term Contracts in Labour, Tenancy and Consumer Credit Law (L. Nogler &amp; U. Reifner (eds), Eleven International Publishing 2014.<br \/>\nThe symposium will include specific moments dedicated to young researchers addressing issues surrounding Life Time Contracts, to animate the discussion and drive the discourse forward.<br \/>\nThe themes around which the papers will be addressed are those relating to each main session of the conference, that is:<\/p>\n<p>1. The collective dimension of Life Time Contracts<br \/>\n2. Life Time Contracts, labour contracts and the digital economy<br \/>\n3. Life Time Contracts, tenancy and credit contracts<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>PhD Students, Post-Docs, and other Academic Researchers in their early careers who are interested in presenting papers on topics related to these themes are invited to submit an abstract in english or french up to 500 words.<\/p>\n<p>Please include a title and indicate under what session (1, 2, or 3) the paper has been conceived.<\/p>\n<p>Abstracts should be submitted by <strong>30 June2016<\/strong> at the latest to: luca.ratti@uni.lu.
